Greetings, VolvoPenta 2003,Until it warms up the engine "hunts", when it reaches 160 it smooths out. Anyone seen this problem before? |

Yes -- I have had the same problem with the same engine. Initially low RPM, even at full throttle. Hunting up and down during warm up, with no hunting and full RPM at full throttle after warm up. During starting a lot of soot. The problem was resolved with a new fuel filter. You can find some responses to an earlier post of mine on this. |
