my 1979 volvo penta md 17 diesel engine occasionally won't start up (no sound no ignition lights ).I wait a few hours and it starts .do i need a new ignition switch ? anybody with same problem?any other advice on this engine? |

Check all cable connections and the multi-fuse on the engine. Change the sticker to one of the 'spare'. Check that You have 12Volts to the ignition switch. |
