I have a problem with my tamd 72a after a long extensive overhaul of almost everything i am still getting major amounts of black smoke at 1300 rpm with a loss of power bigtime.
Full rpms with no load and when i move the boat it runs like a dream untill 1300rpm, when i can hear the turbo appear to drop rpms and then full load comes on the engine resulting in lots of black smoke(unburned diesel).I took the injectors and injection pump to bosch,and replaced with new the entire fuel in and out, the timing is perfect, and i cleaned the charge air coolers too.
Is it possible for the fins to collapse in the coolers and if so does anyone know how to stop this |
