I own a 1985 chir craft 281 catalina. On the switch panel in the cabin is a switch labeled enverter. This is on the panel that has all the switches labeled by chris craft.I know what an inverter is but never heard of an enverter. What is it and what does it do? Thanks for any information. |

Maybe it was put there by a semi-illiterate previous owner? I'm guessing.

I ran a search on google for enverter found nothing kept asking if I wanted inverter |

It is a retifier switch. I described it wrong. |
