I checked oil level ran boat for 1/2 hour, oil pressure drops from 50psi to 20 psi.engine running fine. Docked boat shut down engine checked oil level, no oil. Hauled boat changed oil filter and added 7 qts of oil. engine started right up but no oil pressure, shut engine down. Oil level is still full and by the way the oil loss I believe is contained in the drip pan under the engine. There is no telltale signs of the oil leaking ie oil cooler, filter, pump, etc. help, thanks bp

Has it got an oil cooler? If so, it may have gone out the back if it's leaking.

Yes. Water pressure is much lower than oil pressure (1 to 10 vs. up to 60 psi) so the oil goes into the water and out the back.

Oil cooler checked out to be fine. I fogot to mention that I have a large fiberglass pan under the engine which has not been cleaned in a while so is is difficult for me to determine if the oil that was lost from the engine is in there.I am now thinking rear main seal failure. Thanks,bp
