Because of rust, I replaced the valve covers on a LM318b w/ after market chrome plated covers. Now I have grommets w/ 3/4 inch hole and Chrysler PCV valve is only 1/2 inch diameter.
Does anybody know where I can find a grommet that fits the standard 1.220 hole in the cover and fits a Chrysler PCV valve?
Better yet, does anybody know of a standard 3/4 inch PCV valve that meets Chrysler's flow requirements?
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Go to NAPA and ask them to pick something out that fits. (A good store has a rack with all kinds of PCV valves on it.) They're interchangable, long as they fit the grommet.

NAPA had the grommets for the breather, but not the PCV valve. Looks like I buy a plug and punch a 1/2 inch hole in it. That should work.

Jeff,
I found the solution to my problem in the plumbing department of Lowes. A 3/4 brass PEX adapter has a 1.00" OD and 1/2" ID. I just used a little RTV to glue the PCV valve into the brass adapter.
