has anyone found a rebuild kit for the diaphragm on these or is there a reasonable replacement out there. the OMC # is 985094 and ill be damned if i can find any rebuild kits for this.

haven't seen ANY marine rebuild kits for several years now. Like most things, they have been overcome by technology (EFI) and the laws of supply and demand make them unprofitable. I'd bet a lawyer or two also had a hand in this one.

probably right, have you found any aftermarket pumps that will interchange with this, the only thing i have been able to find is NOS at $245 to 307......very frustrating especially when your in the middle of BFE and have to order everything as no local help, they all can get the high dollar ones but i cant see why an automotive is $29 and these are this expensive, besides the thicker diaphragm or the bleed hole drain, or the other mods for marine.
