I have a 1987 with a 2.3 liter engine that I have been having trouble with the dist. I am trying to remove the Dist. I have taken the wire to the points off removed the cap and plug wires and removed the hold down bracket. The dist will turn freely but will not lift up and come out of the block. Is there a step that I have missed that needs to be done before the dist will come out. Thanks in Advance Michael |
