hey guys posted here twice and have not been let down yet!!
not always, but, when engine is started, boat is in reverse,(seldom). when boat is in neutral, put in reverse, no problems, when shifter is changed to forward, not in gear, I have to raise the trim almost all the way up for the forward gear to engage, lower trim back down, boat goes like stink, go to dock, if I have to put it in reverse no problem, but will not go back in forward gear unless I raise the trim all the up? very frustraiting, go to get gas at the marina and they think I'm an ass, can't control boat, lol. I have give all cables and shifter arm a visual, all appears move well. even removed the dog house and can see the linkage on the motor moving and appears to go full novement. any ideas?
