AQ131 Trim Drooping

The outdrive will trim up ok, but slowly drops back down. While driving the boat, I am contimuously trimming up from -4 to 0 or +2. Is there a way to tell or isolate whether it is the pump or the pistons causing the problem? Any ideas? Also, a line on these replacement parts (used, preferably) would be helpful, as would part numbers. Thanks for the help! Andrew   Dana Mitchell Member Username: vovo131 Post Number: 6 Registered: 07-2009 Posted on Wednesday, July 15, 2009 - 12:35 am:    With the boat out of the water dry the piston off then cycle it up and down a few times and check for fluid leaking out of piston cylinder if no leakage is present the pump may be getting blowby and letting the piston creep.
