Here's the problem every three or four days I go to crank my boat and when I turn the switch nothing happens. But after several time sometimes it starts other times not. I can jumper the starter and it will start and runs fine so the problem is electrical. I have replaced the Switch, Starter, Batteries, Power cable from the perko battery switch to the starter. I've check my wiring but I'm missing something! Any suggestions? |

If you have a master plug connector from the engine to the dash, pull it apart and check the pins. If one is shorter than the others, or green- you have found your problem- A temp fix is to scotch lock a jumper round the offending pin, but sooner or later, you will want to solder a splice in there. |
