does anyone know witch oil is used in a 275 volvo penta outdrive and how much oil does it take |

Two schools of thought here. The VP manual says to use the same oil as the engine, and some members report better results with gear oil. Check this:

Personally, I am testing this year synthetic 75W90 on my 280. We'll see how it goes.
The oil capacity is just over 2 liters. |
