You can try eBay, they come up for auction every now and then. Alternatively, you could try marinizing a Vovo car engine (1985 to early 90s). Being an AQ151, the final result will be a bit less power than your current engine (crank and pistons are different), but at least you will have a reliable, working engine.
To marinize a car engine, you will have to use from your current engine the camshaft, distributor, alternator, heat exchanger, raw water pump, belt cover, intake and exhaust manifolds, carburetors, fuel pump, starter, piping and wiring (did I forget something?).
