| Correct carb rebuild kit for 5.7 gl ? |

I cannot determine which rebuild kit would be the correct one for the 5.7 gl. Summit racing offers holley marine kits for many models, but I cannot find a number on the carb or in the manual that relates to any of the numbers for the rebuild kits available? Any suggestions ? |

I think I found it. Anybody confirm it would be a R80402. there is also an R80402-1 , but it appears the kit is the same for both carb ID's. |

IF it helps. the 80402-1 is a 500cfm, and the 80402 is a 450cfm. They both use the same Holley Marine Carb Renew Kit, # 703-36

The 500 uses a larger rated, # 4.5 power valve. |

I suggest you consider these two options:
1) Buy an overhaul kit from Volvo an pay premium, or
2) Write down the number stamped in your carb's horn, then go to the Holley catalog and find the correct rebuilding kit. |
