Hello all Volvo fans.
VP 145a
I think the carb needs adjusted with my timing on my motor.
I want to get my disributor adjustment set to the middle of the slide key so I can move the distributor forwards and backward for adjustment. Know what I'm talking about?
Then I want to know how to turn the screw adjustments on the carb to get the proper mix. I also need to know how to determine I'm at the right place when I get there.
How about a coil and solenoid for this motor, can I use an auto coil from autozone or advanced? My marine parts store is about 35 miles away and I hate driving to it, tryin to get out easy. I understand they may not be the same quality but if I have to by two and throw one in the boat for spare I will.
