Hi all i have a volvo penta AQ 130D AND NEED A ALTERNATOR for it and i dont have a part number.
Can anyone help me |

Listed for AQ130 A, B and C.
I believe the only difference with the 'D' model was the use of the 280 drive in lieu of the 250 and 270. One of the alternators above should work for you. |

Hi i have just been quoted £250 for a reconditioned alternator is that cheap or not. |

Outrageously expensive IMO. There are many other alternators around that will fit your engine at a cost of around $200 or less, so why would you buy one so overpriced? |

If i knew the part number i could shop around but as i dont i went to the nearest place to me and they said £250 andsaid it was the only one that would fit.
But i they would say that |

If you search the forum, you will see that the topic of cheaper aftermarket alternators that fit Volvo Penta has been discussed a few times, including links to places selling them. |
