The VP web-site stats that the gimbal needs no greasing..I have a new 2007 5.0-270hp with SX drive.Is this true |

I am not sure about your specific setup, but sealed bearings may be used, which do not require greasing. If you do not have a zerc fitting on your bellhousing, I would suspect it uses sealed bearings.
