I currently have NGK BR6FS plugs in a VP 570A (chevy 350 - circa 1991). I've also just been told that the plugs I have are NOT marine spark plugs, just standard spark plugs. Does anybody know what marine plugs are suitable, or are the ones I have OK? Or even better, is there a "performance" (eg iridium, platinium) spark plug that would be better and suit my engine? thanks Lee. |

yep, electronic ignition. Shop who did block rebuild recommended NGK BP6FS instead of the NGK BR6FS that were in there. NGK in NZ said they don't import any performance plugs like iridium or platinium, so I'll have to get them sent from the USA if I want them, like I did with my heat exchanger, which i must say, is fantastic. |
