A buddy recently bought a sweet Wellcraft V20 with an MR-1 outdrive. The stainless steel prop is seized to the propshaft. Never had a stuck prop myself [no such thing as too much grease], so I am unsure how to get it off the shaft without damaging the hub. Anyone have any ideas ? |

Use a prop puller or Heat the outer part untill it pulls off the hub and cut the inner hub part off the shaft. |

spray it with some PB Blaster, then wait an hour and spray it again, then use a prop puller, if that don't work like BT Doc said, break out the heat. |
