I have a very old 2-stroke outboard, Tohatsu M35B. Per Tohatsu, it was mfr between 1979-82 and the parts catalog is no longer available. I was wondering if anyone knew if the M35B shared common parts with 25C, 30A or 40C? By common parts, I mean the carburetor kit, water pump kit or impeller.

Additional info:
The 25C, 30A and 40C use the same impeller 345565-0210M and water pump kit 1.6WP361873220M.

The 25B, 25C, 30A uses the same carburetor kit 346871220M, but the 40C uses 345871222M.

Again, I'm wondering if any of the above parts would be applicable to my motor?
FYI. I checked with my local dealer and several part suppliers online and no info is available on my motor. Any help appreciated. -jasper

The carburetor is actually the same from the 40 C to the 35 B.

The 35 B was the precursor to the 40 C and shares some parts. However, you should consider dumping the engine as parts of the water pump system, ignition system, etc are no longer available. IE Don't make this thing into a money pit as old as it is.
