I want to repower with 50 TLDI. Already have tach, tilt/trim, hour meter installed. Will I need all new Tohatsu guages or will current ones work? Thanks for any assistance.

The engine comes with a tachometer and trim gauge as standard equipment. Hour meters are universal so you can reuse that one.

Thanks, TG. I think I'll replace the hour meter. I did a search and see their are many different units available and they seem to vary widely in voltage parameters. What kind of voltage spread should I be looking at for the TLDI 50? Would you suggest mechanical or digital? Tohatsu wants $150 for theirs...most of what I have found is in the $20-50 range. TIA for your advice!

As long as it will work on a 12 volt engine the hour meter will work. I like digital, but it makes no difference to the engine.
