i just got a tohatsu m50d rebuilt the carbs twice and have this problem after about five minutes of running it just stalls as if someone slammed on the brakes first when this happens my motor raises against the power trim will this blow the rams seal and second why does the motor quit like that after it quits it will start right back up most of the time after i rebuile the carbs the second time it ran a little better as long as i didnt go wot but it still wanted to cut out and i was able to feather the throttle to keep it running but wasnt able to give it full throttle when it ran good it ran excellent but that stalling im afraid is going to do some real damage if it hasent already please help if you can thnx |

Have the carbs re-done by an expert and the sudden stopping will not hurt the trim components. |
