Trim sender unit was binding.Took off and freed it with Wd40. But now needle in gauge not getting full movement. Trim unit returning OK as motor go's up but needle not reading correctly. Any thoughts,could the gauge be faulty or is the sender the problem. Gauge was OK last use of boat, but this was some months back. |

It could be either one, but smart money would bet on the sender being the problem. |
