The shop I deal with has an off warranty 225 that is giving them grief. They have it apart for the 3rd time...it is leaking water from the top of the starboard head to the outside. They have milled both the head and block to below required specs. It didn't come apart the 1st time for this issue. They seem to have run out of options...Suzuki suggests using a sealant on the gasket. Anyone see this and had a good fix? The tech doesn't like how far apart the head bolts are compared to other manufacturers, I agreed with him when I saw the difference. Could this be contributing?

JIT, the dealer went with the black hi-temp Suzuki gasket sealer. It is together (after 3 attempts) and now back with the owner. I don't think the mechanic wants to see that engine again...hope the fix holds.
