I am interested in buying a 115 hp motor but is unsure about the vintage of said motor. Owner claims it to be about 1993-6 model. Unfortunately, I did not took down the serial number.
Here is some basic info: engine is carb model, and all white in color. The engine cowling is not tapered, but oval in size with about same height front and rear - reminds me of latest Merc's engine covers. Single lift handle on back (top) of cowling for removal thereof.
The decals (removed for cowling respray due to some minor scratches) are not stickers, but screw on type badges and minimal.
Can anyone help based on this little info? |
