98 Suzuki DT150 I believe has no spark. Just cranks and does not even try to fire up at all.
I was replacing the neutral switch and and checked some of the plugs for a poor idle issue and went to start back up and it won't run. I have check the wiring at the kill switch and neutral switch in the control they are testing ok.
Originally thought I maybe had a defect neutral switch but I checked it for continuaity and voltage and is testing good.
Not sure the correct way to test for a no spark condition on this motor and repair manual does not desribe anything specfic for this year.
I checked the crank position sensor with a thickness gauge also was in range.
ECM seems to be working checked throttle position sensor, IAT sensor, and Map sensor through test harness. Also checked the ECM for power and it was receiving correct voltage.

I had this problem. I had the ignition replaced and it started right up. |
