1998 25HP 2STROKE YAMAHA. STARTS AND RUNS WELL AT LOW AND MID RANGE RPMS IN GEAR. IT WON'T OPEN UP TO FULL THROTTLE. DOES NOT BOG DOWN. WHEN CHOKED IT WANTS TO SPEED UP FOR A MOMENT. WHEN CHOKE PUSHED BACK IN, AGAIN IT WANTS TO SPEED UP FOR A MOMENT. THINKING BLOWING OUT AND CLEANING CARB. ANY SUGGESTIONS OR IDEAS ?} |
