2001 F100hp 4 stroke voltmeter started peaking over 16 volts, checked meter and appears to be functioning properly, so I replaced the rectifier / regulator, the voltage dropped back to 14 volts for one trip then went back up to 16 volts. This is the third year with boat and first time voltmeter has gone up to 16 volts. Whats else could be wrong? |
