John, I have a 22ft Seasport with a carbed 2 stroke 200 and a high thrust 9.9. I can run the 200 - 25 minutes to the fishing and 20 minutes back and troll the balance of the 6 hour trip (5hrs) on about 8 gallons of fuel total. I'm know that the 200 uses about 6 gall in the 40 minutes. 2 gallons for the kicker over 5hrs.

I know this is an old post, but I also have a HT 9.9 on a 22' SeaSport, with a digital fuel flow meter. I get just about 1/2 gal per hr trolling at 3 kts. A 23' Parker CC might do a wee bit better just because the SeaSport has a pretty high profile and gets pushed around if there is any wind.
