Hello everyone..Hopefully someone here can help me out in a problem that I am experiencing. I have a 1995 115 Yamaha outboard that will only idle at 3000 RPM's max. When you try to go above 3000 RPM's she bogs down and will eventually stall if not brought back below 3000 rpm's. I believe this to be some sort of a fuel issue. I checked the fuel filter and even replaced the fuel oil seperator with no avail. Should I clean the carbs? Could it be the fuel pump? Im really not to sure...so any help would be appreciated...Thank you for you time

sounds like somebody has played with the motor
pull carbs and rebuild
replace the fuel pump or pumps
re-sync
run it hard! |
