2 problems
1) motor runs but middle carb is pouring out gas from the weep hole. runs great wide open. won't idle good. has been run in last 3 months.
2) i think i caused the 2nd problem. i had a problem with my control and i fixed that, but i messed with the linkage just to make sure it was right and now i have a problem with the throttle. I think i've narrowed it down to underneath the flywheel. It's rough for the first little movement, then it's fine. I can move it with the control. It's a real hard spot. any ideas on this.
Thankyou to all in adavance
Troy

Troy,. i just had the same problem with my top carb. on a 85hp. force, And the needle that shuts off the flow of fuel had a small piece of trash causing an overflow of gas and flooding out that one piston. or your float could have a small hole and filling up with gas causing it not to work properly. and as the other problem i don't know just yet.

It was the middle carb. needle valve. It was a small piece of the ring of a bolt. The threads that is. It didn't allow it to completely shut off. I fixed it, so i have a little more confidence with boats now. thankyou for your input.
