My 94 200 HP merc runs great at high speed but terrible at low or idle speed any thoughts.

Sounds like you have a gummed up idle jet on your carb. May be time to rebuild or run seafoam thru it.

It could be a carby problem however your motor will not idle properly if the engine doesnt get to operating temp. The thermostats should be checked and the poppet valve

Cleaned carbs, compression is 110-115 all six cylinders,good spark runs a little better but still seems like it has a bad miss. any other suggestions?

Did you do yhe thermo's and poppet valve? your motor will not idle correctly unless it gets to operating temp
