I'm helping a buddy with his 2000 50HP Mercury, the trim and tilt is acting up, he said that he is able to lower the motor, but the system is not bring it back up, any ideas or pointer on where to start??? |

switch the wires on the trim switches if it works in the opposite direction , he has a trim switch that needs to be replaced. |
