I have a mariner outdoor the magnum 150hp v6 1989 model its old but it is kept in a very good conditioned. I get it serviced and change impeller every year. The problem is that when I keep the engine running at low speed for an example when going out from a port at about 10mph the engine heats up very quickly and if I dont release the gas trotle the temp goes up to maximum. Thermostats been changed last year. I would like to know if this operation is normal for such model as it was always like that. Many thanks for your help:-)
