Had the boat out on water for 3hours when I got home and tried to flush her she wouldn't start. Have just had new plugs, stator and relays fitted.Going through the mechanics I am getting a really good spark from a good battery, fuel going through carbs just not firing. All connections are good, could it be the cdi unit if so how do I check it, if not any ideas. She sounds like she wants to start but just missing the final ingredient.

Pull and clean the plugs. Wheel it over with them out to clear the cylinders, then put the plugs back in.
