To start with, great site! I bought this boat a few months ago. And has ran great! On one occasion, I was switching from Tank one to two and noticed a can of fuel additive in the repair box. Thinking to my self, this could be a " good" thing so I added it to my only tank left. At the end of the can came the scary "GLOOB" of stuff that came out as a blob! Now I know that isnt good. BUT in the middle of the Puget Sound with no other can of gas. Ran it back to the dock at once..just as I got there it went from a great running smooth 4k rpm to 2 and a top speed of oh...5 mph!
Got it home...started it up and ran the salt out, poured a can of Evenrude tune up into a clean tank of gas and ran thru. Still will not power up past a certian spot. Took off the gas lines and blew them clean. used Carb Cleaner on the carbs..and spray the first one..engine chokes out...second ..engine chokes out...third..NOTHING..no chnage..also noticed a crack in the housing of my fuel pump..bugger to get to thou. I have to start somewhere on fixing this so hoping you can help!

You need to fix the fuel pump and then the carbies... they arnt too bad to overhaul.
