Hi: I am cleaning my carb on a 25 hp 4stroke.So far so good. But the throttle connector on the carb: How should it operate. It is spring loaded, and when I move it open, it then glides back to its original position. Is this slow and smooth motion correct ????? Also when I am going to soak the carb in Sea Foam, will it hurt this throttle assembly.
Thanks in advance.
