Graham, I pulled out air idle jet it's a .096 not .040 is this why stalls @ ilde?? |

That could be the problem. You would be running extremely lean, which is definately not the desired way to idle. In a more simple carb design where all the functions fall to the low speed (or idle) jet, if anything, you set it to run slightly rich. If you have an .096 in place of a .040 jet you would be mixing over twice as much air with the fuel than what it was designed for, taking the balance totally out of whack... |

Thanks, Graham I will change all jets to spec. let u know next week what happen. |
