Adam, you need to post the horsepower as well - it is not encoded into the serial and the 0G serials were used on everything from the little single cylinders all the way up to the V-6's over a few model years... |

John, any chance the second charater is a "B" instead of an "8" as in 0B297393 - which would make it a 1988, twin cylinder model... |
