I have a 1994 Evirude 50. My power trim unit is leaking from around the base of the piston. I was told by a marine mechanic that the rebuild kit is about $200.00. I would like to try rebuilding it myself but I would love to find a cheaper way out. Any suggestions would be appreciated. |

Just a thought but I had my jack plate cylinder rebuilt by a heavy machine mechanic for 75 bucks.

I know the seal kit for the trim ram is not that much get another price |
