That's a 1997 model (EU are the date letters for '97) But I'd expect a Sailmaster to include S in the model number. I'd have expected it to be BJ8SRLEU.

However the fuel mix is 50:1 Ditch all old fuel and make fresh.
The plugs should be QL86C, QL77JC4 or L77JC4 gapped at 0.030" (or possibly QL16V or L16V surface gapped plugs)

Check the gearcase oil for level and any signs of water (milkiness)

I have an earlier 6hp Yachtwin. (The Evinrude equivalent of a Sailmaster) That has twin cavitation plates with the exhaust outlet just below the top plate. That enables to prop to be set lower for use on a sailing boat. It also has a special high thrust low pitch propeller intended for use on a slowspeed nonplanning hull.

The black/red lead is the DC output from the rectifier for battery charging Black to the negative battery terminal red to the positive. (You should be able to see the red is connected to the red wire coming from the rectifier.) If you are not going to use it for battery charging either insulate the ends or disconnect the lead at the engine end.

You should find manuals at www.outboardbooks.com
