Picked up this johnson 1961 10 hp. Added seafoam to the fuel and now it smokes pretty bad. Also running 50: 1 ratio. Did not smoke before. Did I do any damage to the motor? Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks |

I believe the correct fuel/oil mix is 24:1. My 1960 Johnson 18HP is 24:1. Seafaom will decarbon the motor and it will smoke. Bill |
