Engine been sitting a while, Replaced fuel pump,carb kit and new water pump.
Seems to be running to warm ( very hot when I touch the head)
Should water be pumping out of bottom or the top hole of the drive? Noticed when running in barrel it seems to be blowing from the bottom and none from the top.
Any help would be great
