Just wondering what years, and if any Johnson, or OMC powerheads are compatible with a 1981 evinrude 70 hp 3 cylinder. This one has a bad crank, scored block, and all three rods are damaged and I'm looking for a good core or used running motor. Thanks for any information. |

many yrs,should,bolt right on... go to shop.evinrude.com look up ur eng,then,start comparing,the pwr head gasket...u would not want to go to far back,as there was a shifting diff,but i cant rem what yr/yrs that was... |
