ok i know these things can be a little hard to remove, but i cant seem to get this thing to move a hair, just how much force is to much |

it's a 1993 evinrude, i cant seem to get the impeller to slide up off the shaft to replace it |

Normally, placing a large punch, chisel, block of wood, something, between the impeller blades, then hitting it with a good size hammer breaks that impeller loose from the plastic retaining key and driveshaft. If not, then you'll need to cut away a portion of the rubber impeller and split the impeller hub with a chisel. Thousands of parts in my remaining stock. Not able to list them all.
