Greetings from South-East Louisiana everyone. I am ineed of some help please. I have a 2002 Johnson 115 HP Two-Stroke that had it's fuel pump and ignition powerpack replaced in March 09. The engine starts okay and runs fine at high speed. The problem is when I stop the engine to fish for an hour or so, I have to reprime the fuel bulb and use the fast idle to get the engine to start again. I fish usually in the late evening and this problem presents some challenegs including losing my religion. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. |

have you tried a different primer bulb ? hows the fuel fittings on the end of the fuel hose ? loose/leaking o-rings will let fuel flow back into the tank. Could need the carbs low speed adjusted to |
