I need the torque required for Head bolts (6 bolts) for a 1984 Johnson 4,5 HP and also the torque and sequence for the side cover (Water and exaust cover) 9 bolts. Thanks in advance.

60 to 80 inch pounds (5 to 6.5 foot pounds) in the following sequence.
5...6
1...2
4...3 Just an ever widening circle.
The other bolts..... Simply tighten them, starting with the inner most bolts, working your way out. |

I just notice that the numbers are the sequence and not the number of the bolts, than you, all the information is there, forget my second request... |
