'Now I am only getting power off the power distribution panel when i hit the down button.'

Are You talking about the button on the lower side engine cover or on the remote control?
The button on the side covers fails as frequent as the spark plugs on Fichts. As a button test, just switch the blue and green and see if it 'works. If Tilt now works the other way, a button failure. Or if You have a Volt meter, check output from Green resp Blue when pressing button. Keep the red connected!

If the buttons on the cover or remote handle does not work, relay will not kick in.
Does both relays 'klick' when buttons are pressed up or down? (Only one at the time).

I think only one works up or down. Do both switches have to work in order for one to work?
