I have a 1995 130 Johnson that Im pretty sure needs a fuel pump. I took off the oil side as Joe Reeves instructed me how a couple of years ago. I replaced all fuel lines and bulb (omc)and it still doesnt want to idle, and at wot it will surge but it will run all day at 5500 rpm. If the bulb is pumped it will idle and run wot just fine.I should say that if I pump the bulb it will idle ok untill it runs low on fuel in the carbs. My question is does this sound like a failed pump or just sucking air somewere? And if the pump is no good were do I find just the fuel pump? I dont mind mixing the oil, at least I know its getting oil. By the way the reason I disconneted the oil side was because it was flooding the motor with oil Thanks for the help

Idle issues are not pump related at WOT if it runs fine like you said, its obviously your carbs/plugs check and gap correctly you be fine..
