My '77 70HP used wanted to turn the sterring wheel (single cable steering) so I fitted a NFB telex helm. Under power, turning the wheel one way is easier than the other. I read something recently about adjusting the trim tab (ie the "fin" under the caviation plate). Any advise would be welcome, thanks

Always turn the trim tab in the direction of the pulling..... a very small amount at a time, about 1/8" movement.
